Fleet Management Web Software

The project concerns the realisation of a web software for managing the used vehicle fleet of a used vehicle dealer. It is to replicate the functionality of a Visual Basic software currently in use that is to be replaced by this application. - An application capable of managing a fleet of new and/or used vehicles (Cars, Motorcycles, Other Vehicles), detailing every minute characteristic of the vehicles. - Every detail of the vehicle is stored in order to have a detailed record even years later. - General vehicle data and accessories - Purchase data: supplier, invoice payable, cost, depreciation and vehicle stock in our fleet - Sales data with details of minimum price to be realised, final price, deposit, as well as invoices for the sale and transfer of ownership costs. These can also be automatically created with a single click. - Printout of sales contracts, order proposal, declaration of liability, form x AutoScout 24 portal and many other types of printouts. - Maintenance done on vehicles before sale: with details of both any external costs (workshop if external, bodywork) as well as any products added by the dealer (anti-theft devices, floor mats, etc.). - Free fields that the user can use at will (financing, financed amount, etc.). Calculation of the depreciation of a vehicle over time The system provides for the use of specific depreciation percentages of the vehicle in relation to its type. In this way it is possible to predict the trend of its depreciation, month by month, and make the right decisions based on any offers received. Detailed lists broken down by cars, motorbikes and vehicles already sold, with immediate search by registration plate, model, make, description, colour,... Sold vehicles are then managed in dedicated lists, filterable by year of sale as well as by vehicle detail. The Reports and Statistics section makes it possible to monitor the performance of the Show and each of its vendors, vehicle history at a certain date, calculation of VAT at the margin on a period or individual vehicle, performance of each vendor, reports on purchases with details by vendor, details on earnings vehicle by vehicle and/or by period (also taking into account vehicle pre-sale maintenance costs). It is possible at any time to know which vehicles were present at a certain date. It is also possible to choose which fields to export from the Vehicle tab Provides the history of vehicles on a certain date with information on totals broken down by type of management (vehicles subject to Article 36, VAT Exposed,...) Export Vehicle Data The programme allows you to export the entire list or part of it to Microsoft Excel, to Microsoft Word or to a normal text file It is also possible to choose which fields to export from the vehicle data sheet Print Declaration of Liability: Have you sold a vehicle? Do you need to print the Declaration of Liability for the customer to sign? prepare a form with your own logo, company name,... Automatically print the form with all customer data already on it Sales Statistics Every aspect of sales and the vehicle fleet is detailed through various types of graphs Do you want to know how many and which cars you sell the most ? whether you sell more diesel cars than petrol cars? From which supplier do you buy more vehicles ? The vehicles in your fleet broken down by year of registration ? You can see all this with dedicated graphs. Earnings on Sold Vehicles Do you want statistics that show you how much you have earned on each vehicle, also taking into account any repair costs incurred before the sale? Vehicle maintenance in the Park For each vehicle it is possible to manage all its maintenance costs, starting with the transfer of ownership and ending with repair costs. In this way it is possible to have an immediate overview of how much that vehicle cost. Purchase cost +Maintenance costs = VEHICLE COST Customer Requests You want to store your customers' requests so that you can contact them again as soon as you have a suitable vehicle for them? You can store all their likes and dislikes in terms of make, model, budget, colour, vehicle type, accessories, etc..... and find the right vehicle for them.
