and application process. We want the design to be modern, user-friendly, and personalized, focusing on
making candidates feel comfortable and engaged, similar to the SAP SuccessFactors process but more

• Personalization: The design should feel PERSONALIZED the user’s profile and journey.
• Easy use: The user interface (UI) should be intuitive, visually appealing, and straightforward.
• Candidate engagement: Prototype UX/UI should feel engaging, empowering, and transparent to
the candidate.
Design Requirements:
1. Personalized Dashboard:
o Job Match: Show candidates the jobs that best match their skills and preferences (e.g.,
location, salary, etc.).
o Team Match: Display jobs that align with the candidate's personality or work style.
o Company Match: Present companies that align with the candidate’s values or preferences.
o Emotional Match
o Include options for candidates to filter or sort job listings by relevance.
2. Onboarding Process:
o Welcome Screen: After completing a personality/emotion test, show a thank you message
that acknowledges their input.
o Review Process Selection: Let candidates choose how their profile is reviewed:
▪ Option to mask parts of their CV (e.g., name, photo) to maintain privacy.
▪ Option to choose feedback preferences: Whether or not they want rejection
feedback after their application is reviewed.
o Clear Evaluation Process: Make it clear how their profile will be evaluated (by AI, or human
reviewers).
3. Job Match Visualization:
o Use match percentages or icons to display the match between the candidate and the job.
o Include recent best-matching jobs with filters (e.g., location, salary).
o Allow users to see why the match is strong (e.g., skills, experience, team culture).
4. Feedback and Transparency:
o Clear steps: Guide users through the application process step-by-step, letting them know
what will happen next.
