Writer for Human Behaviors in Workplace

We need someone that can write educational content on human behaviors in the workplace. The content should give the reader an idea on how to properly motivate and coach these behavioral traits. We have a behavior grid that that has four quadrants of the main behaviors, sixteen sub-quadrants and one hundred twenty-eight cell with adjectives we believe describe the behaviors within the quadrants. The final product should be very robust, easy to read, understand implement. Our objective is find out what makes employees happy within their workplace and how to create an environment conducive to that and also to show employers how to best couch to those behaviors in order to maximize both employee satisfaction as well as better performance for the employee. You writing should consist about forty pages. This would about 20 pages on creating employee satisfaction in the workplace and 20 on how to coach employee to get better results. We consider you the expert in this so if you need a few more page or not as many, then let us know. Regardless of what you create, it must be substance and NOT a bunch of fluff. We are expecting you to create your writing around out behaviors and our grid. Your content MUST be original and not copied from some other content created by or for someone else. You should also design your writing to use our grid as examples and be prepared to explain the sub-quadrants, cells in the grid and how they relate to or effect employee satisfaction as well as how improvement in performance can be achieved. We need this project completed in about 2 weeks. Those who we feel may be qualified will have a chance to view the grid document to get a better understanding of what we are looking for.
