**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Property Oversight:**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including scheduling maintenance, addressing tenant inquiries, and ensuring property standards are met.
2. **Guest Communication:**
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests and tenants, providing exceptional customer service.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams when needed.
3. **Booking Management:**
- Oversee property listings on platforms such as Airbnb.
- Manage bookings, coordinate check-ins and check-outs, and update availability calendars.
4. **Issue Resolution:**
- Handle property-related challenges, such as maintenance requests or disputes, efficiently and professionally.
5. **Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of property performance, including financials, occupancy rates, and feedback.

**Qualifications:**
- **Location:** Must be based in Europe, North America (U.S. or Canada), or South America (Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, or Mexico).
- **Experience:**
- No prior property management experience is required.
- Background in customer support, hospitality, or virtual assistance is a plus.
- **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with online booking platforms like Airbnb is an advantage.
- **Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Personal Traits:**
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude.
**Mandatory Requirement:**
- Must have an active Airbnb account (as a guest).
