Hi there! I'm looking for a consultant with a deep understanding of procurement operations. The task involves completely redrafting our procurement process and procedures, from vendor selection, through purchase order creation and contract negotiation, right down to the littlest activity. The ultimate aim is to harmonize our operations and pin point bottlenecks.
The person I'm looking for should ideally display the following skills and experience:
* Experience in creating operational process maps or flowcharts
* Proficient in identifying and removing process bottlenecks
* Has an understanding of all procurement activities, from A-Z
* Extensive experience in procurement and knowledge of standard operations
* Highly skilled in process drafting
The ultimate product should be a clearly understandable and implementable process document and procedure manual, including an illustrative flowchart, to standardize our procurement operations.
