Consult for ATEX certification for our low power PCBs

I am looking for a consultant or a team who can assist me with obtaining ATEX EX Zone 2 and or C1 D2 certification for our low power PCBs (< 5VDC, 25 mA or so) or some way we can safely use them in hazardous explosive areas and have insurance companies & regulatory acceptance, compliance. We are a UL-508A certified panel shop. Any of the following options or a combination will work.. 1. Any new ideas you have to complete this solution for us 2. Procure or design a box (non-steel or plastic - preferred) for us. Allow 2 grommet holes. 3. Help with 'self-certification' 4. Help redesign our PCBs 5. Conduct a thorough safety analysis to ensure the PCB meets all safety requirements for use in explosive environments. We shall also need you to provide us the specifications document you will follow from the regulatory agencies. A wi-fi or similar antenna will also be needed to be used here with our HW. IP66 rating with Temperature -10C to +60C. All the design docs will have to be submitted to us, so we can continue enhancements ourselves in future. Ignore the box size currently as that will change. In future, we need some more options to force suck ambient air to the sensors mounted on PCBs. I have all the technical specifications for the parts that need to be certified, so the ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in interpreting and applying these specifications. Will need you to sign NDA before sharing confidential info. More details will be shared with short-listed persons.
