Social Networking Site in PHP/MySQL

We are in need of an individual or team that has the ability to put together an attractive, yet affordable social networking website in PHP/MySQL. There is an attached document you should read that has feature requests. We do not necessarily want all these features, but we do want a great functioning website. We DO NOT wish to have someone simply install these 3rd party scripts as they are error prone and inflexible for appearance and function. The main features were would like are: Class A GUI designed in Photoshop or other WEB 2.0 style Full User Profile Secure Logon / Registration procedures Ability to Search for User User to upload and play, Videos, MP3 and Photos Smooth chatting or instant messaging system Ability for ADS to be place on site and managed automatically Please review the attachment and let us know your thoughts. The above features are what we really need and want. We are open to fair suggestions, but those with no RAC history or sky high bids need not respond. If you have created something already, please submit link for our review. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform IE4, PhotoShop
