Types of Gate pass1. Long term and Short term Personal gate pass2.
Vehicle Entry Pass3. Materials In/Out (Entry/Exit) passGeneral
Requirements:1. Visitors/Contractors/Company who required to Enter
Power Station premises should have Gate pass (Entry permit)2. Visitors /
User can monitor the status of his request3. Proper log to be maintained4.
Web application should be Bilingual (Arabic/English)5. Ability to export
files to Excel and PDF format6. Different types of reports to be generated
as per the requirement7. Admin user should have all rights (Grant
difference types of User permissions, Create, Activate/Deactivate user
etc.)8. Gate pass should have QR code (with all data validation) and
generate in PDF format too9. Application should be configured and
hosted in MEW Data center (Domain). Also the required installation
configuration should be in accordance with MEW IT Department policies.
10. Database engine (SQL Server or equivalent) should be provided11.
Application to be developed with state of art technology12. Proper inhouse
training (User and Admin) with Technical Document to be
provided13. All required validation should be included based on the
Power Station requirement14. The software should be compatible with
Windows 7 and Mac OS.15. The web application should be compatible
IOS & Android web browsers with auto fit on all Mobile /Tab screen

must create the user by providing the required data2. Sign in to the
Application: By providing required data with purpose of visit and upload
the documents(Civil ID / Passport copy/Visa copy. person's photo,
Vehicle registration copy, Driving license copy, Materials details
etc.)Levels of Approval:a. Once the user requested the Gatepass,
application should be forwarded to the concerned department for initial
approvalb. If the department approved the gatepass request, the it will be
send to the Power station Safety & Security department.c. The safety
and security department will forward the request to MOI monitoring
department 1 & Department 2 for verification & approval.d. If it's
approved by MOI Dept.1 and Dept. 2, then will be returned to the Power
Station Safety and Security department for final approval and issue the
