LAMP and report builder skills required for a new sales reporting system

Hi
You will be building a new system from scratch.

We have sales data on csv files which we will import manually and want a way to display this data. We will add approx. 250 lines of data each day.
The system won’t be very big and simple needs to run on LAMP with a GUI dashboard and a report builder we can use to query the data.
We need an individual who can work with us continually as the product develops (no teams or companies please).

Skills required.
You must know MySQL and how to optimise a DB for speed.
Knowledge of GUI dashboards. We anticipate using a standard dashboard.
Report builder.

We will shortlist and hire 3 coders to create a basic demo of the system with some of our live data. The most impressive will be granted the full project.
