Automate my Wordpress Manga (web comic) Website with Api

Hi, I want to hire a freelancer for my Manga (webcomic) Website. I want to automate my website fully. I'm using the Madara Manga theme on my WordPress. I want to fetch (scrap, Crawl) everything from other websites. All the Manga (webcomic) chapters are in png, jpg Image format, and they use So much bandwidth. So basically, I don't Want to store Manga chapters on my server or CDN; I want to show Chapters Images on My website with API or any other best method.
