Vacuum System Engineering for Aluminum Coating

I have a large quantity of aluminum pieces needing powder coating and I require a vacuum system capable of holding them during the process. The pieces vary in size from 1 inch to 4 feet in diameter.
Key Project Aspects:
- I need assistance with engineering analysis to determine the feasibility of using a 4' x 8' area as a vacuum chamber.
- This chamber will be created using two thin sheets of polycarbonate with a small gap (around 1/2 inch) in between.
- There will be metal 'nipples' on either side of the chamber to allow for voltage application.
- The chamber will have approximately 72 openings on either side to accommodate these aluminum parts.
Main Concerns:
- The suction capacity of the vacuum system.
- The effects of vacuum on parts of varying sizes.
I may consider switching to an all-metal design if necessary for conductivity. I need an expert's insights on how much vacuum will be required, the appropriate size for the openings, and whether the proposed setup will be able to hold all the parts securely during the coating process.
