Civil Litigation Paralegal Needed
$2-8 USD / hour
I require a seasoned paralegal/legal assistant well-versed in civil litigation to oversee several cases. This role demands a self-directed, deadline-oriented, and exceptionally organized professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting pleadings
- Research and citing legal cases
- Filing in the Los Angeles Superior Courts

This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the American legal system and law, looking to work a few hours weekly. As I acquire more cases, the workload will increase. Please be prepared to manage all filings efficiently.
The initial set of tasks should be completed within less than 1 month. Please provide daily updates on the status of tasks and filings. Please use Clio for case management and updates. Applicants should have more than 5 years of relevant experience. The paralegal will primarily handle civil litigation cases. Daily updates should be provided via email.
