Job Description: We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented professionals for a short-term Network Assessment Project. The role involves on-site evaluation and documentation of network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and access points. This position offers flexibility with ongoing future assignments. ? Key Responsibilities: Conduct a comprehensive survey of network infrastructure. Inventory documentation of core, access, and WAN switches (IP address, configuration, model, firmware, warranty, etc.). Review and document firewall configurations. Assess and report on the HP Aruba Access Point Controller. Collect config file backups and provide suggestions for network optimization. Deliver post-assessment reports with actionable recommendations. ? Required Equipment: Laptop with proper battery backup + charger. Console Cable for switch/firewall connection. LAN Cable and USB Pendrive (for data storage). Smartphone with active internet (for hotspot use). Optional Tools: CAT6 Cable Tester, Crimping Tool, RJ45 Connectors, Cable Tie, Marker Pen. ? Skills & Qualifications: Basic knowledge of network devices (switches, firewalls, controllers). Familiarity with network configuration and documentation.
