Talented Artists Needed for Diverse Project

I'm on a lookout for skilled artists for an exciting long-term project. The initial task involves creating:
- 2 full-body characters
- 6 bust-up characters (with mirrored top-down and down-up versions)
- 1 unique shape design
Key Requirements:
- A timelapse video documenting the creation process
- Signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and an Intellectual Property (IP) agreement
The chosen artist will have consistent work. The specific art style will be provided later, so flexibility and adaptability are key. The artwork will be used across a variety of platforms, hence the need for an IP agreement to transfer all rights.
Final deliverables should be in PSD/AI format. Prior experience with character design and a strong portfolio showcasing your skills will be advantageous. Please be prepared to provide a timelapse of your work as well as sign necessary agreements.
Bid prices should be based on "per character"
