We are in need of 3D human character animation development. It is simple, but should look like something used in a video game. You will need to submit samples of your work within 3D human character animation in order to be considered for this project.
Here are the project specs:
We will submit a photo of what we would like our human character to look like and you should build your 3D model based on that photo.
You will be provided about 3 minutes of audio from voiceover artists and your 3D character will be need lip-sync the audio file as well as match the emotions within the audio file. For example, if the voiceover audio is happy, sad, angry, yelling or whispering, your character should match it.
We only need a head and shoulder shot of the character speaking on the phone with a static background behind it. The background may consist of an office, room in the house, place of business, outside shot or whatever the scene will describe. But there is not need for movement in the background.
We will need a cost estimate and timetable of turnaround based on one character. This is a long term project and many more characters will need to be created of similar nature. So multiple bidders may be selected or one bidder with the best price and quality that can handle us consistently sending this type of work their way.
