Virtual Data Entry Specialist with Real Estate Acumen
$2-8 CAD / hour
We are currently seeking a skilled professional for a virtual data entry role. Below are the job requirements and expectations:
Primary Responsibilities:
• Enter data from PDF files into Excel spreadsheets.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
Job Requirements:
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute (to be verified via a typing test on [login to view URL]).
• Ability to work virtually with high-speed wired internet (minimum 25 Mbps).
• Access to a desktop computer in a professional setting.
• Familiarity with remote access software such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer, as the work will be done on our computer.
• Availability to work between 10:00–11:00 AM Vancouver time (Pacific Daylight Time).
Additional Real Estate Skills (Preferred):
• Ability to search for properties for clients.
• Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, including entering campaigns and running them effectively.
