Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Electrical/Water Heaters (US Shift) Location: Remote (India) | Working Hours: 6 hours/day (weekdays) + 5 hours (weekends) Week off on - Wed, Thu [May be rotational] Approximated - 112 Hours / Month - May be more or Less About the Role: We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with an Electrical Engineering background, specifically in water heaters and heating solutions. You’ll handle email and chat support, provide voice support for technical issues, and troubleshoot product-related queries for US-based customers. Key Requirements: - Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering. - 2+ years in customer service for electrical/water heater products. - Excellent communication skills (English) and flexibility for US shifts (6 hours weekdays, 5 hours weekends). Must also know Hindi fluently. - Certification in water heater maintenance and repair. - Experience using CRM software for customer support management. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically. - Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service. Important Notes: - Engineering background required to support technical inquiries. - Strong English skills for daily customer interactions. - Flexibility for US shifts and shift rotations is essential.
