Domain and server configuration - 30mins -- 2

Hi I have two domains in godaddy, one with .com another one with .[login to view URL] I have digital ocean server, ubuntu, already we have some php application. Additionally, We need to install the wordpress on this server. We need to see the wordpress login form. I have cloudflare account. I am also a developer but i am new to this type of configuration. You guys to needs to resolve my issues. Final output: Both domain needs to work with https, both needs to work with wordpress, same time we wont break existing server application. That existing server application needs to work with http and https. (PHP application) All will route via cloudflare.
