Key Responsibilities:

[login to view URL] Deals: Present cash offers to distressed homeowners. Deals can close with a 6-minute quote process. Your goal will be to close at least 1-2 deals per week.(we teach you how to close 5-10 per week)

Requirements:

PAYOUT:

Commission Pay Structure: Agents start at 30% commission, with the potential to increase to 35% if you close 5+ deals per week.

$30,000 wholesale fee (25% commission): Agents receive $2,250 at 30%, or $2,625 at 35%.

$20,000 wholesale fee (20% commission): Agents receive $1,200 at 30%, or $1,400 at 35%.

$15,000 wholesale fee (15% commission): Agents receive $675 at 30%, or $787.50 at 35%.

$10,000 wholesale fee (10% commission): Agents receive $300 at 30%, or $350 at 35%.

$5,000 wholesale fee (10% commission): Agents receive $150 at 30%, or $175 at 35%.
