Looking for a CRM specialist able to setup properly a Zoho CRM Key Requirements: 1) Understand [login to view URL] activities as a mailing company providing addresses. 2) Configure Zoho CRM for efficient customer management and communication, catering to our Sales, Customer Support, and Operations departments. - Implement a system for file exchange (specifically mail photos of incoming shipments) with each customer enabling them to monitor their shipments and decide what they want to do with each one : scan, forward, discard, pick up - Integrate Stripe for seamless payment processing (payment monitoring). - Establish a booking system for in-office appointments for pick ups (implement a calendar system for clients who want to pick up their shipments at our office). - Automate workflows to enhance our operational efficiency. Our team need a very readable “to do list” to process daily work. Data Management: We will be managing basic contact information and customer queries and issues within the CRM. File Exchange: Mail photos will be exchanged through shared folders in cloud storage (Google drive). Data exchange : Connected to stripe for updates. Timeline : 7-10 working days.
