We're looking for someone who can excel in a trial role and become a valuable & a permanent asset to our company. The Opportunity: This is a trial position offering $3 USD per hour. You'll be assisting with bookkeeping tasks for one of our client(s). Your performance and ability to integrate into our workflow will determine if the role becomes ongoing with an even more amazing position down the line. Responsibilities: ● Bookkeeping tasks for designated Australian client (s) including but not limited to payables, receivables, payroll, bank reconciliations & preparing financial statements. ● Communicate effectively with us and the client in English language over video calls, phone & emails. The Ideal Candidate: ● You're a qualified bookkeeper with experience using accounting software like Xero, Quickbooks & MYOB. ● You have demonstrated a very strong experience of bookkeeping principles with proven experience in bank transaction matching & reconciliations, payrolls processing, payables/supplier invoice processing, preparing draft financial statements. ● You possess excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. ● You're a clear communicator who can effectively manage your time. ● You're familiar with Australian tax regulations (bonus!).
