Project Overview:
We are seeking an experienced professional to contribute to the design and planning of our upcoming projects. The scope of work will include:
Specification Sheet Utilization: Interpreting and applying project specifications to create detailed design plans.
Initial Design Development: Preparing basic layout and elevation drawings, which will serve as the foundation for the 3D building design.
3D Design Creation: Transitioning from basic layouts and elevations to fully detailed 3D building models.
Bill of Materials: Compiling a comprehensive bill of materials, including Steel Sections, Cladding, Flashings, Fixings, and Bolts, required for manufacturing.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD )
Strong experience in designing industrial buildings, particularly steel and cold-rolled steel structures
A solid understanding of steel construction techniques, including cold-rolled steel systems
Ability to produce accurate and detailed plans, 3D models, and material lists
