A login into our customer support portal will be provided and support questions will need to be responded to within 4 business hours. If they cannot be answered, they need to be escalated to second-line support within 4 business hours. Ideally, the ability to answer phone calls (they will have a single caller Id from our customer support portal) will be included. If calls can only be answered during specific hours and days of the week, please indicate this. This is a part-time, on-call contract.
