Project Title: Video Walkthrough for Exterior/Interior Design of Villa

Description:

I am looking for a talented designer or team to create a comprehensive video walkthrough for both the exterior and interior design of a villa. The villa is already built with bricks, and the roof is completed. The windows have been ordered and are anthracite in color. Now, I'm seeking creative design solutions to bring the villa to life.

Scope of Work:

Exterior Design:

The villa's ground-level facade should feature white stone.
Design a stylish platform next to the swimming pool.
A kid’s playground should be incorporated in the garden area below the villa.
The garden surrounding the villa should be fully designed, including landscaping, greenery, pathways, and outdoor living spaces.
Suggestions for outdoor furniture, lighting, and other exterior details are welcome.

Interior Design:

Complete interior design for all rooms of the villa.
A cohesive style throughout the villa, with suggestions for materials, color schemes, and furniture.

Requirements:

High-quality video walkthrough showcasing the entire design concept for both the exterior and interior.
3D renderings and any additional visuals to accompany the video.
Attention to detail, creativity, and functionality in the designs.
Ability to work with on-site photos that will be provided.

Deliverables:

Full video walkthrough (including exterior, interior, and garden with playground).
3D renderings of key areas (both interior and exterior).
Conceptual plans for landscaping, exterior features like the pool platform, and the garden and kid’s playground.

Contest Details:

Please submit your design concepts and walkthroughs.
The best design will be chosen based on creativity, coherence, and usability.

Additional Information:

On-site photos of the villa will be provided for reference.

(AI) artificial intelligence does everything (videos, images, etc.) automatically and requires almost no information or work. but the reality is that it does require information, tests and also paying for good results (free videos or images are not good or similar to what is really needed)

Therefore, some people think that you can achieve very good things with very low budgets, but that is not the reality.
