Contest Brief

I'm seeking a skilled designer to update my old flyer with a modern and clean aesthetic. The flyer should convey informational content, and incorporate new images I'll provide.

Key Responsibilities:
- Redesign the flyer to have a modern and clean style
- Update the content with new information provided
- Incorporate new images
- Add contact details and social media links

Ideal Skills:

Take the 2 picture and make 4 separate flyers both pictures will have we buy land info and both pictures will have we buy houses.. on the buy land flyers please add the land plug logo on there as well.. I will be selecting 4 different flyers
