I'm in need of an elegant and modern flyer for the opening of my photo studio. The event is scheduled for March 1st, 2025 at 10am. The design should be predominantly in black and white, with the following critical information highlighted:

- Types of photography services offered
- Contact details with adress
- No people on the flyer
- Studio must be presented
- No single parts of a camera
- (PSD wished)

The flyer should reflect a sophisticated, elegant design aesthetic.
