I have a fully prepared 14-day detox eBook that needs professional formatting and a sophisticated cover design. The final product should have a balanced text and image layout. Also, create a three-day detox challenge, pulling meals from the 14-day challenge. For the 3-day detox challenge, pull 3 easy meals from breakfast, lunch and dinner.
