• Assess the various Policies, Legislations, Regulations, Codes, etc. that impact on housing, in Afghanistan, with a view to developing relevant effective and implementable, National Housing Standards & Codes. • Description of development control processes and institutional arrangements for the enforcement of standards and codes relevant to housing in Afghanistan.

Coordinating with 5 PCCs provincial team for developing the Strategic Development Framework. • Managing daily and weekly progress of the 5 PCCs team with all their technical and coordination progress. • Reviewing all the primary and secondary data during qualitative and quantitative survey. • Coordinating all the shared task with other involved consultancies.

1. Developing the Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF), ensure it considered during FDSs and SDPs. 2. Developing the Resettlement Policy Framework for the CIP (cities investment program), at DMM. 3. Developing the Grievances Redress Manual for the CIP, at DMM. 4. Developing the Stakeholder Engagement Plan for the CIP, at DMM. 5. Prepare the Implementation Plan& Operational Manual of CIP in 5 participating cities in the 1st phase and continuing to the 2nd Phase
