Experienced HVAC Telemarketer for Fall Heating Service Campaign

Job Description:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated telemarketer to contact our existing customer base and offer our Fall Heating Service. This is a commission-based role with $10 earned for every successfully booked appointment.

- This is not traditional cold calling; you will be reaching out to 25,000 warm leads — customers we have worked with in the past, though some may not have been serviced recently. We will provide a daily call list of 200 contacts and a basic call script. You’ll need to build rapport, navigate objections, and ensure customers feel comfortable and valued.

- To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent English communication skills, demonstrate a neutral American accent, and have basic knowledge of HVAC systems (or be willing to research and learn). - Your role is vital to maintaining the professional image of our company, so sounding like a genuine team member is essential.

Responsibilities:

- Use our provided customer call list to make outbound calls.

- Represent our company professionally and confidently, calling from a number that displays as our company number.

- Use a provided script but adapt as necessary to sound authentic and knowledgeable.

- Clearly explain the benefits of our Fall Heating Service and answer any customer questions.

- Navigate objections and apply sales techniques, such as the Three Nos Rule, to close the call.

- Accurately record booking details and update notes in Google Sheets to ensure all information is organized and accessible.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English with a neutral American accent.

- Previous telemarketing or sales experience is highly preferred.

- Basic understanding of HVAC services or the ability to conduct research independently.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to follow a script while adapting to the customer's tone and needs.

- Familiarity with Google Sheets for recording and tracking booking details.

- Reliable phone system to make outbound calls from our company number.

Compensation:

- Straight commission: $10 per booked appointment.

- No base pay—your earnings depend on your performance.
