Senior HR Professional Needed for System Review

I am looking for a seasoned HR expert to conduct a thorough evaluation of our current HR system. The objective is to identify areas for enhancement and to create a detailed guide that encapsulates all HR workflows and policies from start to finish. This will include a focus on compliance with all relevant HR regulations.

The final deliverable will be a comprehensive Home Raaga HR handbook. This handbook will cover every facet of our HR processes, including but not limited to:

- Recruitment

- Job Descriptions

- Onboarding

- Appraisals

- Exit Procedures

Given the current state of our HR documentation, which is partially complete, your expertise will be invaluable in helping us streamline our processes and ensure we are operating at an optimal level. I particularly want to focus on improving our recruitment and onboarding processes.

Ideal candidates for this role will have:

- Extensive experience in HR management and systems

- Proven track record of developing HR policies and handbooks

- In-depth understanding of HR compliance and regulations

- Strong ability to identify areas for improvement in HR processes

- Excellent documentation and communication skills
