We are seeking a skilled Prestashop developer to ensure a module functions seamlessly across both stores on our newly configured Prestashop 8 multi-shop website. Our primary store operates smoothly with a custom theme. We are currently in the process of implementing a multi-shop setup for a second store using the default Prestashop theme.
An essential module for our business operations currently malfunctions on the second store with the default theme. We need it to work and to improve the way product details are displayed. Given the critical and time-sensitive nature of this project, we need a quick turnaround time.
The most important thing here is to actually be ready as soon as possible
We are thinking about using the same theme for both store to avoid wasting time adapting a complicated module.
The tricky part here is that we already have a freelance working on the multistore part.
He has deployed a testing version on his end.
I tried modifying the theme but I have some errors.
The issue here is that I don't have control on that version
Best case scenario is, any freelance can setup our prestashop in a multistore, use our current theme for both shops and just make some changes for the second one (we don't want a copy, we need to changes colors, logos and change a few things)
I think it could be the best (or at least fastest) option, but it changes the project entirely.
And it's very depending on how complicated it is to setup the multistore in the first place.
