Can you imagine a situation where a customer leaves happily as though they've won a lottery? That's what I am bringing to the table.
To me, a customer is always right, even if they're wrong they're still right!
I am a firm believer of these words and I take customer experience very seriously that I can use my last blood drop to make sure they (customers) leave way better off than I found them.
In my previous work place, I have received countless praises from supervisor for giving his company a total 360° turnaround in the customer satisfaction and retention aspect of the company.
I am an active listener, I listen to customers concerns to understand how best I can paint a smile on their face and as such, I always go the extra mile to make sure customers experience a heaven-like attention from me that will surely make them want to return back to us for business deals.
Talking about CRM tools, I am very proficient in the use Hubspot, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho, Intercom, Salesforce amongst others and I am very open to learning anything new that'll make work excellently done.
