Project Description:
We are developing a Hospital Management System (HMS) using ASP.NET Core with Razor Pages. The project includes key functionalities for managing patients, staff, appointments, and other hospital operations.
The system has the following structure:
Programming Language: C#
Framework: ASP.NET Core
UI: Razor Pages, Bootstrap for styling
Database Management: Entity Framework Core (potentially SQL Server)
Current Project Status:
The foundational structure of the project is in place, including models, Razor Pages, and configuration files. However, some features are incomplete or non-functional, such as the login and authentication module.
Tasks to Be Completed:
Login and Authentication:
Fix the current login functionality.
Ensure proper validation and secure authentication (password hashing, session handling).
Implement redirection post-login.
Patient and Staff Management:
Build pages to add, edit, and delete records for patients and staff.
Ensure proper validation and database CRUD operations.
Appointments Module:
Develop a scheduling system for managing patient appointments.
Error Handling and Validation:
Add localized error messages (Arabic and English).
Improve form validation across the project.
Database Integration:
Verify database schema and migrations.
Ensure smooth data flow between the front end and the database.
UI Enhancements:
Improve the styling and layout of existing Razor Pages using Bootstrap.
Ensure the system is responsive and user-friendly.
Testing and Debugging:
Test all implemented features.
Fix bugs and improve performance.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core
Experience with Razor Pages and front-end development (Bootstrap)
Knowledge of Entity Framework Core for database management
Familiarity with localization (multilingual support)
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Patient Registration Module
Allow hospital staff to register patients with personal details such as:
Name, age, gender, and ID number.
Automatically generate a unique file number for each patient.
Validate input fields to ensure data accuracy.
Medical Records Management
Enable doctors and assistants to update and view medical records:
Symptoms, diagnosis, treatment plans, and test results.
Medication prescriptions.
Display complete patient history for better diagnosis.
User Authentication and Access Control
Implement secure login functionality with role-based access control:
Doctors, physician assistants, and receptionists.
System administrator can manage permissions:
Restrict access based on roles to maintain data security.
Search and Filtering
Allow hospital staff to search for patient records using:
Unique file number, name, or other patient data.
Provide filtering options for easier record navigation.
