Hi,
We are looking to provide a pc2phone dialer-based calling solution for 1 of our clients. We do have a VoIP switch that is SIP based. Routes will be managed by us. We just need a calling platform that will be purely suitable for the outbound contact center.
Data of calling numbers will be uploaded to a central system, the system will then make calls or assign leads to free agents. The agents can make a manual call or take the call dialed by the server. Once the conversation is done the agent will put notes on a central CRM system about the call. At the end of the day or at any point the system should give statics of the calls made by an agent. Call recording and other administrative and quality control features will be needed.
The admin will create users/agents and when the agents log in, they will make themselves available thus the central system will understand how many agents are online / available to take calls and thus will assign calls accordingly
