AI Football Commentator iOS App

I'm looking for an experienced app developer to help me create an iOS AI football commentator app. The app will analyze pre-downloaded football videos, track player and ball movements, and generate human-like commentary in a range of different styles based on user preference. We want to demonstrate it using one football game clip and try out the different commentating style to see the difference. It will be a long version of the second goal of Saudi Arabia VS Argentina 2022 world cup. And another clip at the minute 90 plus 4:42 minutes where one player got injured in the same game. The change in tone of the goal and the injury can showcase the emotion the AI can emphasize. As it can lower and louden it's voice depending on the event .
