I'm seeking an experienced graphic designer to enhance a PDF document intended for client marketing. The project involves incorporating modern and minimalistic visual elements, specifically:

- Charts and Graphs: To present data in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.
- Illustrations and Icons: To visually represent ideas and concepts in a sleek, modern style.

Your task will be to elevate the PDF into a more visually appealing and professional marketing material.

Ideal Skills:

- Proficient in graphic design softwares like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- Experience in designing for marketing purposes.
- Strong understanding of modern and minimalistic design principles.

Experience:

- Proven track record of similar projects.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work with modern and minimalistic designs.

Please share your relevant experience and portfolio when bidding.

There are three documents attached:
1) The copy to be included in the PDF.
2) An example of a previous document. I want the table from this example document to be included.
3) Review of recommended design elements for the document.
4) My companies branding sheet and logos.
