[The contest budget is flexible, and we’re more than willing to pay a higher amount for the final contender. For now, we’ve set the initial budget to gauge the overall response and creativity for the specific pages we mentioned. However, this is just the beginning—there’s much more to the project beyond these initial designs, and we’re excited to explore the full scope with the selected contender.]

We’re looking for skilled professionals to design our website. Our organization, focused on non-profit and public sector IT consulting services, is launching a website to showcase our expertise and streamline client interactions.

We are conducting a paid competition to identify the best talent for ongoing website desinger.

Work:
Design 3-4 Key Web Pages: There will be more to it once you are selected and will be paid accordingly based on agreed price. The focus here is see your designing skill.
1.Homepage
2.Landing page
3.Service page
4.Blog Page [optional]
Showcase your design and creativity and ability to align with our branding and target audience. We will use the Avada WordPress theme.

Requirements:
Clean, professional design that aligns with our target market (IT decision-makers in non-profit and public sectors).
Responsiveness: Future: Ensure designs are mobile-friendly and accessible. Yes both designs are required at this stage.
Use of modern design principles and best practices for user experience.
Seamless integration of branding elements:

Paid Opportunity: All selected participants will be compensated for their work. We will have three designers for this stage.
Showcase Your Expertise: Highlight your skills in creating impactful, business-focused web designs using WordPress Avada.

Deliverables:
Design files primarily and remember we will use a theme to develop so there may not be any HTML slicing required
A brief explanation of your approach.
