I provide policymakers with evidence for urgent policy decision-making with a model replicated in 14 countries, including Brazil, South Africa, and Canada. Evidence-Informed Decision Making goes through a systematic and transparent approach involving literature searching for available evidence, querying the policy makers for clarity, and engaging critical players on different topics in dialogues. This approach entails qualitative research through rapid reviews that are timely.

Working in conjunction with Living Goods, we carried out research to establish the current state and standing of the villages being served by Living Goods organization. I enrolled knowing my experience was going to help in achieving organizational goals, but while involved I honed skills in problem solving, leadership, documentation and capacity building.
