I am going for a contract and need help putting together technical documents including system architectural diagrams.
Diagrams need to be created in Powerpoint, so easy for me to edit and should be graphically nice.

I am a programmer working with PHP and codeignitor with mysql as a database. I work with a standard hosting provider to support delivery of SAAS learning management system.
External company (customer) employees access their training by logging onto the SAAS solution either via user name / password, or social login, i.e. Google sign in.
The system integrates with a third party course provider which can be considered as a separate entity on a diagram and also as a black box as we use their api’s to access content etc.
I need system architectural diagrams, illustrating system components and design, I need to include details of any components that the customer would need to supply, customers supply desktop or tablet or mobile phone with suitable browser to access their training.
I need you to write up a data back up strategy - that includes data back up processes
I need a data disaster recovery plan demonstrating no single point of failure.
I currently support google sign in but Not Microsoft Azure AD / local Active Directory., I need to support SSO for Microsoft Azure AD / local Active Directory.. Therefore I need you to tell me the best low cost way to set this up and include in the architectural diagram. Include anything the customer has to supply to support the Microsoft Azure AD / local Active Directory. Single Sign On. This needs to be documented in a technical specification document that is included in the tender.
I need a list of minimum version of common browsers that can easily support HTML5 yet is older enough for most users working in industry. I need to identify the preferred browser and version.
