There are no specific sales targets for this role, but overall performance will be evaluated on contributions to sales growth. In addition, employees are eligible for sales commissions. The work schedule is 9 AM to 8:00 PM. We provide paid time off. Candidates with previous experience in jewelry sales will be preferred. Expertise in advanced sales techniques will be favored. The sales commission will be a fixed percentage of sales revenue. Candidates must be fluent in Hindi. Employees are eligible for performance bonuses in addition to commissions.
