Looking for Architectural 3D photo-realistic renderings. I have two (2) buildings that I need four (4) exterior renderings of each building. Rendering deliverables a north-west isometric, east-south isometric and two elevations per building. For a background please use a Caribbean background as these buildings are going to the Caribbean. Or if we can provide a picture of the site can that be used as the background image. Building H1 is a three-story building and Building H2 is a two-story building. Exterior materials specifications will be provided and need to a matchup on the renderings. Both buildings have balconies, railing and paying attention to the details is needed. I have PDF and DWG files and those will be provided to you if your bid is excepted. We will require that you give us all electronic files that are created and that we can use a viewer, such as a Revit viewer so that our client and view the details of the elevations. Time is of the essence and a portfolio will be required to review past work. Please price per building.
