I'm looking for a Python expert with a strong background in chemical engineering and mathematical modeling. The project will focus on developing sophisticated mathematical models using Python to solve complex chemical engineering design problems. Ideal skills and experience include: - Proficiency in Python programming - Strong background in mathematical modeling - Deep understanding of chemical engineering principles - Experience in using Python for engineering design - Ability to create automation scripts for model testing and validation Please provide examples of similar projects you've completed. I am a chemical engineer that helps design and build drinking water plants. As part of my role, I do modeling to determine how long the filtration media will last before it needs to be removed and replaced. The EPA has developed some models that are free to use and to also download and use the code with is currently Python and RStudio. Here is the link to the code on the EPA site that is available to download and use. Basically what I want is to have an interface developed with drop down menus so that we can select a product and a list of chemicals and their properties. Right now you have to enter everything into a spreadsheet and then import the spreadsheet into the program, so it is very clunky. All of the code is there and is free to use, but I want to make it easier to use by pulling from a database so that you don't need to manually enter the data into a spreadsheet each time.
