Project Title: Fractional CTO Needed for Development Support
Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled Fractional CTO to provide strategic guidance and hands-on support for our team of interns working on various development projects. The role will require up to 5 hours per week, and the ideal candidate will have expertise across a range of technologies and platforms, particularly in guiding junior developers through complex implementations.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical oversight and mentorship to interns working on projects related to:
Tokenization and API Keys: Help implement secure tokenization mechanisms and manage API key generation and usage.
Python Development: Guide the development of Python-based applications, including backend services and automation scripts.
AWS Deployment: Assist with deploying applications on AWS, including configuration, scaling, and managing infrastructure.
Slack Integration: Support the development and integration of Slack apps, including bot creation and interaction with external APIs.
React Native Mobile App Completion: Help finalize the development of our React Native mobile application, ensuring smooth functionality across devices.
Node.js APIs: Assist in building and refining Node.js APIs for web and mobile applications.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CTO, technical lead, or senior developer in a startup or similar environment.
Deep knowledge of software development best practices, including secure coding, API design, and cloud infrastructure.
- Expertise in Python, Node.js, React Native, and AWS.
- Experience with tokenization, API keys management, and Slack app integration.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to a team of junior developers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Availability for up to 5 hours per week to provide strategic guidance, code reviews, and technical advice.
Additional Information: This is a part-time, fractional role that will involve collaborating closely with our CEO and interns. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the completion of several ongoing projects and enhancing the technical capabilities of our team.
