Graphical Designs, Web Headers, Content Boxes, Footers for ASP.NET Applications

I am looking for graphical artists and web developers who can design HTML layouts consisting of Headers, Footers, and Content Boxes. The ideal RAC candidate will be someone with whom I could move forward with in future work for graphical designs, templates, customizations, and potentially logos. ***Background*** There are numerous sites selling web templates However, looking at some of these, I find them containing too much information such as java scripts, images for menu items, rollover scripts. I am an ASP.NET developer, therefore items such as menus and content will be dynamic and usually database driven. Any effects such as collapsing/expanding of Content Boxes, Mouse Over effects will be handled by my code (although the style requirements (i.e. color to use for menu on mouse over) are not). What I am basically after is the ‘skin’ that can be applied on top of the ASP.NET application ‘skeleton; This basic web design should consist of HTML CSS (must use separate Cascading Style Sheet for all styles) The first project I am accepting bids on is not a big one. It is a single layout (showing 2 to 3 different colour scheme / stylesheet layouts) consisting of the following core deliverables. ***Deliverables*** PhotoShop Layout (with Guides/Slices) HTML Layout CSS ??" Cascading Style Sheet These layouts may be modified, deployed, or sold as templates at my discretion, therefore any stock images used in Headings, Banners etc. need to be cleared for this use. I am interested in finding the right people to move forward with, but am starting simple to ensure that there is not a misunderstanding in the requirements or deliverables. Overall, the styles should be current with a Windows XP, or Sharepoint/Microsoft CRM/MSN look and feel, but I am interesting in any layouts that I see. I have attached some links showing different sites which have content boxes (important to my customers). I am interested in seeing the work (links) of any RAC candidates as it speaks volumes to your talent. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
