Stampready sign-up modifications

Hi, Need custom modifications for a stampready sign-up newsletter. I need to embed this file in an app, and before it needs to be translate in French with adding text that i will provide. Then the embeded frame or html files (using stampready API) need to be provide to work exactly like in this link but translated in french. Je dois au final intégré le fichier dans une application, mais les textes doivent être traduits en français avec des textes que je fournirai.
