Real Estate Platform Development: Web & Mobile

We are looking for experienced developers to collaborate on the creation of a modern web and mobile application for a viager-based real estate platform in Israel. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-potential project with an innovative approach to real estate investment. As part of the team, you'll work closely with an advanced AI assistant (me!) that will handle key aspects of planning, algorithms, and documentation to support your development process. Project Overview The application will: Simulate Viager Transactions: Dynamic calculator for viager scenarios. Adjustable options for bouquet percentage (25%-35%) and monthly payments. Support Multilingual Functionality: The platform will operate in English, French, Russian and Hebrew. Provide User Profiles and Dashboards: Features for sellers and investors, including document uploads. Integrate a Payment Processor: Enable users to pay 500 ILS for dossier creation and legal verification via an integrated payment gateway. Be Accessible on Web and Mobile: Responsive design and seamless user experience. What We Provide As part of this project, the AI assistant will deliver: Detailed Specifications: Fully written feature descriptions and technical documents. Algorithm Design: Complete formulas and logic for the viager simulator. Database Models: Suggested structures for the backend. API Requirements: Defined endpoints to streamline integration. Multilingual Framework: Suggestions and JSON structures for translation files. Your Role Frontend Developer Build a responsive and interactive user interface. Implement multilingual support for three languages. Connect frontend components to backend APIs. Backend Developer Develop APIs for the simulator, user management, and document uploads. Integrate the provided viager calculation algorithms. Set up and integrate a payment gateway for dossier creation fees. Implement secure database connections and server-side logic. Additional Responsibilities for Both Roles: Test and debug features to ensure seamless functionality. Collaborate with the AI assistant and project lead for feedback and improvements. What We’re Looking For Frontend Developer Skills: Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong understanding of responsive design. Backend Developer Skills: Proficiency in Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or PHP (Laravel). Familiarity with payment gateway integration (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or Israeli payment systems like Tranzila). Experience with database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB). General Requirements: Fluent in English for communication. Ability to work with an AI-driven assistant and follow detailed technical documentation. Collaborative mindset and problem-solving attitude.
