Develop a portal for students learning...

Hi, This time, I need an application which I want to host online for students to learn. I want my students to learn from my video content free of cost. Following are my requirements. 1.) A new student can register with his contact details. So he can log into the portal. 2.) Next I will have different subjects which he can select to learn. 3.) On selection he can start watching videos which I will arrange topic wise. 4.) after the video student will be presented with a small quiz, which he should answer. 5.) If he has watched the full video + Quiz is attempted, he gets that chapter complete status. 6.) After watching all chapters, he will be awarded a simple certificate, saying "Hey, congrats you completed the course with "X" grade! " He can again view the video & again attempt the quiz to improve his score. 7.) If I can have a small dashboard to view, weekly, monthly quarterly stats it will be great.I just want to know how many people registered, how many completed the course, how many new registrations and total video watch time, it will be fantastic for me to improve my content. I will do the hosting etc, myself. I will need suggestions & recommendations for selecting service I should buy. Thanks a ton & look forward to work with you!. The interface can be very basic, but function as per the above specifications.
