Machine Learning (Google Vertex AI) - create model based on CSV file to find conditions to detect situation

I am looking for a machine learning expert to create a model based on a CSV file with 55.000 rows. The goal is to detect conditions or situations within the data. There are 22 columns of data, mostly float data. I have selected 540 moments where the model should tell me the entry shall start and when to end it -> from 55.000 rows, 540 of them has got dedicated label - I wanted to teach model how to make decisions. In other words, the final model I should get it, is to have multiple conditions when shall I expect entry and end f.e. A>B && B>C && D-A>E etc. Machine learning model: No specific model in mind, but I am open to anything. Situation detection: The type of situation to be detected was not specified. I want to use free account of Google Vertex AI (I am open for other approach). Ideal skills and experience for the job: - Strong knowledge and experience in machine learning, particularly with Google Vertex AI. - Proficiency in handling large CSV files and extracting relevant data. - Ability to create and train machine learning models based on given data. - Familiarity with various machine learning techniques such as anomaly detection, predictive modeling, and classification. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify patterns and conditions within the data.
