I'm looking for a seasoned Terraform expert to help me create terraform scripts for a 3-tiered web application on Google Cloud. They need to be successfully deployed in Google Cloud.
- Database - Cloud SQL managed database - Postgres 14
- Global external Application Load balancer - Front end protocol HTTP, backend session affinity GENERATED_COOKIE
- Managed Instance template - Debian 11
- Startup script

Ideal skills and experience:

- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure
