Linux KVM and VIRTUALIZOR Server Configuration

I have created a new server in HETZNER but I need help to configure it .
I would like to enable LINUX KVM so that I can virtualize the server and create multiple virtual machines. For now I do not want to virtualize any machine, but I would like to have the server ready to make it possible from now on.
After activating KVM I would like to be able to install VIRTUALIZOR ([login to view URL]) to administer my machine and thus be able to manage the different instances that I will create.
The technical specifications of the server are:
Dedicated Root Server SB270
Intel Xeon E5-1650V3
2x HDD SATA 10 TB Enterprise
2x SSD SATA 480 GB Datacenter
8x RAM 32768 MB DDR4 ECC reg.
Before activating KVM, CENTOS7 must be installed from the HETZNER panel. I am a newbie to server virtualization, so I also need advice during this project.
